Vocal Coaching
Most recently based in Saudi Arabia, working on the country’s first ever Performing Arts Training Programme, supported by Spears Theatre Arts and the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture. Previously GSA and GSA Junior Associate Singing Teacher.
Kirsty began teaching singing and voice back in 2017 with Theatre For Life, based in Southampton. It was here that her passion for vocal coaching, particularly within the Youth Arts sector, began to grow.
In 2020 when the world was plunged into the COVID-19 Pandemic, while still completing her training at the Guildford School of Acting, Kirsty launched her own teaching business online, encompassing a variety of students from all over the world, and all walks of life. Kirsty’s current student base ranges from working professionals in the entertainment and performance sector, through to adult beginners and casual singers.
Most recently Kirsty finished 6 months working in Saudi Arabia with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture, and Spears Theatre Arts, designing and teaching a syllabus on the country’s first ever Performing Arts Programme. Before that, she was on tour with G4: Christmas 2022 as their Children’s Choir Director for 3 weeks.
Alongside this, Kirsty is an Associate Singing Teacher for the Guildford School of Acting on their BA Programmes, and Junior Conservatoire and Saturday School, as well as an Associate Teacher with Spotlight Theatre School of Excellence, Shanghai. She specialises in guiding students through the Drama School auditions and applications process, having been through the process herself, as well as having worked as a panellist for many intake auditions for GSA. Kirsty’s students have so far had success at organisations such as ArtsEd, Guildford School of Acting, Trinity Laban, Emil Dale, The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, Rose Bruford College, and more.
Kirsty is fully DBS Checked for working with Children and Young People, and is currently studying a PGCE in Teaching with QTS at The University of Cambridge.

‘Until I met Kirsty, I thought all singing teachers were speaking another language that I couldn't understand. She has made perfect sense, has taught me how to sue what I have and is just wonderful to work with. Not only is she excellent at explaining technique, overcoming problem areas and building confidence, but she's fun too! I look forward to my lessons and am very grateful to her for sharing her extensive experience in such a professional, caring manner. Highly recommend!’
